Inventory of competences

Based on a profile we formulate the exact specifications. We write a project description, a final job profile and the critical success factors for the job.

Preselection

In cooperation with our Chinese business partners in Shanghai, Chinese candidates who match the job profile are selected. The education level is academic/master degree. During the preselection stage we check:

  • diploma’s and certificates are checked
  • work experience is checked
  • the English language skills are checked (IELTS).

Workshop

The candidate has to attend a workshop ‘Introduction to working and living in the Netherlands’. The intention of the workshop is to give the necessary information about working in the Netherlands. Based on this information he can make his choice to work abroad more consciously.

Selection

The selection is carried out by Asia Recruitment:

  • interviews, during which the candidate is judged on technical knowledge and experience and on his attitude toward work and his social skills
  • assessments to find out whether the candidate is qualified for the position. We focus on personal characteristics and the professional profile
  • a decision and employment contract

Support

We take care of all Chinese and Dutch immigration procedures, visa and work permits. We provide

  • air flight tickets
  • housing
  • public transport
  • support program for the new employees and his family to familiarize with the Dutch culture and business habits to make them feel at home
  • a Chinese speaking help desk
  • The candidate will start a Dutch language course

We introduce the employee to the employer and take care of all the contractual engagements.

Supervising

Supervising the Chinese employee on the job to attain an optimal integration in the work situation in the Netherlands. We advise the direct manager of the Chinese employee in order to make the new employee successful in his new working environment.
