Guarantees
1. In the selection procedure our recruiters are fully involved. They are experienced in international assessment and will examine whether the candidate is qualified for the job.
2. We will deal with all Chinese and Dutch immigration procedures, work permits and the social support of the candidate and his family to familiarize with the Dutch culture and business habits. We also take care of transport and housing in the Netherlands.
3. The employee is offered a probationary period. Return can solely be based on a proven lack of earlier formulated competences.
4. The employee is offered supervisory services by experienced mentors of Asia Recruitment. This is a condition to guarantee a successful start in the company.
Timetable
Asia Recruitment will perform the search and selection procedures within a period of three months.
